Exchange, return, and refund policy

EXCHANGE

It is possible to exchange an item with a manufacturing defect. We do our best to send you items in perfect condition, and to maintain uniformity in their manufacturing. That being said, the “handmade” nature of Lolo Carotte items means that no item can be 100% identical, and that they may differ slightly from the images contained on the lolocarotte.com website. The color setting of your screen can also influence their perception. Please note that a difference in color is not considered a manufacturing defect.

 

Any exchange of merchandise must first and foremost be approved. To do this, please send us an email within 7 days of receipt of the goods specifying the defect and attaching images if necessary. We will be happy to find a solution to remedy the situation.

Items wishing to be exchanged must be in the same condition they were in when delivered to you, in their original packaging.

Lolo Carotte assumes the return and return shipping costs to the extent that the items you ordered are delivered damaged or defective or with an error.

Please note, however, that the original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Lolo Carotte is not held responsible for damage caused by the carrier during delivery. However, if your item was damaged during delivery, please email us and a solution will be provided.  

RETURN AND REFUND

Because Lolo Carotte is a small business, we do not accept returns of merchandise or issue refunds.
